How easy is it to talk about restless legs syndrome? To try and describe the indescribable sensations. To talk about treatments that do and don’t work. And to look at the impact it has on everyday lives, every single day.

But what does it look like? Today I want to give you a little window into my world of wiggly legs.

  1. This is fantastic! I’m sorry it took decades to figure the best ways to manage it. I get restless legs but not to that extent, and an issue with my thighs because of nerve damage that mean I need to continually stretch my legs back and it drives me mad. I’m glad you’re finding that a mix of different things, including pharmacology, can help ease a little of the symptoms. You’ve done a wonderful job with the video!
